I have so been missing the parks lately. But to keep the Disney magic alive I’ve been trying out lots of Disney copycat recipes. Quite a few of those have been alcoholic drinks you can find around the parks. These are perfect to make for an at-home Disney date night or when you just want to try something new and fun! Here’s a compilation of some Disney drink recipes that I’ve been loving or that are on my list to try out.

Violet Sake
This one is first because it is my absolute favorite. I love drinking this in Epcot at the Japan Pavilion, but this at home recipe is just as good!
Here’s what you need:
- 2 oz Monin Desert Pear syrup (I ordered mine off of Amazon)
- 2.5 oz Sake (any kind will do and it can be found at any grocery or liquor store)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Water
- Lemon for garnish
I used a fancy cocktail shaker to mix it all and pour over ice but some good ‘ol mixing with a spoon action will do the trick.
Boozy Dole Whip
This recipe is courtesy of the lovely @darlingofdisney. Check out her page for her #tipsytuesday usually featuring drinks around Disneyland but lately drinks you can make at home!
Here’s what you need:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 3 oz white rum
Blend it all together and pour it out in a swirl to feel like you’re really at the parks.
