How long is your processing time?

UPDATE: Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks

It takes about 2-7 business days to process apparel and 2-5 business days to process non-apparel items.

How long does it take to ship?

UPDATE: USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times due to COVID-19, please allow up to 1 week for shipping within the US

Once the order has been shipped you can expect your item to be delivered within 3-4 business days within the US, 6-10 business days in Canada, and 5-20 business days internationally.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unfortunately, due to the made-to-order nature of our business we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your product arrives damaged please contact us and we will work with you to get you a replacement.

Can I request expedited shipping on my order?

At this time we are unable to provide expedited shipping.

It says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it, can you help?

Unfortunately I am not in control of the mail system. I suggest checking with neighbors and in other areas around your delivery address. If you are unable to locate the package you can file a claim with the carrier. If you would like to place a replacement order, contact us and we can provide you a discounted rate on your new order.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide except for the UK. Our UK customers can shop our Etsy site which has all of the same product available here.

Will you do a custom order?

If you see a design you like but would like it on a different shirt type, in another size, or on another color please contact us and we can work with you to get you what you want.

There was an issue with my order, who should I contact?

If there is an issue with your order or if you have any questions prior to placing an order please contact us here or at childlessmillennialpretzelco@gmail.com.

If I order multiple items will they all ship together?

If you order both apparel and non-apparel items in the same order those will likely ship separately. Usually all apparel items will ship together, however this is not always the case.

Apparel Products

How is your apparel made?

Our apparel is made using a DTG direct-to-garment technique. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and are absorbed into the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They’re free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

How does your apparel fit?

Our tees and sweatshirts are unisex fit. For a tighter look for women, we recommend sizing down. Our tanks and crop tees are women’s fit and we recommend ordering your normal size. Please refer to sizing charts on individual products for exact measurements.

How should I care for my apparel?

We recommend machine washing cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. Our apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

Non-Apparel Products

How are your phone cases made?

We use UV printing technology for phone cases. With this process, graphics are printed onto the case with UV-curable ink. The ink is cured with a UV light as soon as it comes in contact with the case, which polymerizes it and forms a hard coating.

Our phone cases are mostly meant for cosmetic purposes, but they’ll protect your phone from scratching and smudging.

How should I care for my phone case?

Remove your case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air dry at room temperature.
